Immediate Access with Consent
When purchasing digital content that is made available
immediately after payment, you will be asked at checkout to
confirm that you consent to instant delivery and acknowledge that this waives your statutory “cooling-off” or cancellation right (where applicable by law).
Once access is granted or the file is downloaded/streamed,
you cannot cancel the purchase simply because you have changed your mind.
If You Do Not Consent to Immediate Access
If you do not provide consent at checkout, delivery will be delayed until the end of the statutory cancellation period (if applicable in your jurisdiction).

We will provide a refund (or replacement where appropriate) if:
- The digital content is defective, corrupted, or fails to download/play on standard devices, and the issue is not due to your device or connection;
- The content is not as described on our product page at the time of purchase; or
- The content is inaccessible due to a fault on our platform.

Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be issued to the
original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, crypto wallet) used for the purchase.
We cannot issue refunds to alternative accounts or cash equivalents unless required by law.
Processing Time:
We aim to
approve or decline refund requests within 5 business days of receiving all necessary information.
Once approved, refunds are usually processed by us within
3–5 business days; your bank or payment provider may require an
additional 3–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The digital content was delivered as described and is functioning correctly;
- You changed your mind after consenting to immediate access; or
- The issue results from incompatible hardware/software, poor internet connectivity, or other factors beyond our control.
